Only one of these matters beyond today. Jesus tells us not to fear those that can only kill the body, but rather to fear God, who can destroy both body and soul (Mt 10:28). Beware trusting in your skill, equipment, or knowledge; you can gain it all (even defend against an attacker), but still be condemned when you face Him.
