Recently did a detail clean and complete function check on a late-50’s Hi-Standard Double Nine. 

Mechanically, it’s perfect. But this is perhaps the most fouled-up revolver I’ve come across! 

You don’t normally see build-up at the muzzle, but this guy has it caked on pretty well.
